任职要求/岗位职责

Job Description
- Assist the HSE manager to develop Health, Safety and Environment, promote safety and good housekeeping at site and ensure the security system.
- Assist HSE manager to organize and Implement the HSE training/drill, improve the HSE competence and awareness.
- Assist the HSE manager to establish HSE SOP and control it with proper method, ensure all the SOPs be implemented very well, including the contractors management.
- Assist the HSE manager to organize and conduct the routine HSE check, ensure all the internal HSE inspection and external contractors HSE audit, ensure good working environment and all the associates in perfect shape.
- Assist the HSE manager to plan and implement all the accident and potential accident corrective actions in time with the related department and person investigate the general accident and assist the HSE manager to investigate the vast accident； ensure all the actions have been finished with a proper period.
- Assist the HSE manager to achieve all the tasks for the Campus Project, including EIA, ODHA, WSA and Radiation Assessment.

Minimum requirements
Masters degree in biostatistics, or health statistics. Working knowledge and experience with SAS programming and data analysis. Good oral and written communication skills in English are must. Prior work experience in epidemiology, health economic and outcome research, or clinical research area is a plus.
